Rights and Responsibilities
Access to University Systems is a privilege and must be used in an appropriate, ethical, and lawful manner, complying with all applicable University policies. Unauthorized access is prohibited and may be monitored and reported.

The University reserves the right to limit access to ensure the availability, confidentiality, and integrity of information and Systems. Access to non-public Systems requires authorization from the appropriate UNM Data Steward and relevant authorities.

User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for their activities and the use of their accounts and credentials, including account names, MFA, passphrases, and PINs. Users must comply with all guidelines, policies, and procedures governing the use of University information and Systems and stay updated with any changes.
