Values

Interconnectedness: every element of a business is connected with each other element, and every theme of the pollinator is connected with each other theme. Mindfully approaching connections between living beings, resources, organizations, and environments.

Context Awareness: businesses exist within ecosystems made up of structures, infrastructures, entities (beings and organizations), resources, and atmosphere (weather, climate). Developing and maintaining awareness of context and positionality (where you stand relative to your context) as each changes over time.

Radical Empathy: an openness to the lived experience of others. Throughout every aspect of growing a business there are opportunities to create space for differences (in backgrounds, cultures, beliefs, abilities, etc.) and to interweave different perspectives and talents into a whole that is greater than the sum of its parts.
